Diploma of Remedial Massage

If you get satisfaction from alleviating the aches and pains of suffering patients, the Diploma of Remedial Massage could be just the ticket for a truly rewarding career.

What is Remedial Massage?

A remedial massage practitioner has the ability to provide a comprehensive treatment plan based on evaluations that address the underlying cause of many musculoskeletal problems.

What you’ll learn

You’ll be taking a good hard look at the root cause of musculoskeletal problems using basic and advanced remedial massage, trigger points, myofascial release and lymphatic drainage techniques. You’ll learn about human movement, understand diagnostic techniques, and gain experience in symptomatology and diagnosis. What’s more, our Diploma of Remedial Massage is recognised nationally and satisfies the academic requirements of AAMT at Remedial Massage Therapist level.

Everyone goes to work!

Get ready as we believe there’s no greater teacher than experience! Under the guidance of our expert practitioners, we’ll take you out of the classroom and into our Wellbeing Clinic where you’ll have the rewarding experience of treating public patients. By the time you finish, you’ll be ready to confidently and successfully practice, with some fantastic experience under your belt.
